The full flat ground satin finished blade is crafted from CPM MagnaCut, a purpose designed steel that provides a superior balance of edge retention, toughness, and extreme corrosion resistance. It's supported by an easy to clean, open backed handle with contoured G-10 scales and nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners that form the backbone of the high strength Compression Lock. The scales are machined with Spyderco's signature Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture pattern, a high traction surface that ensures a non slip grip even with wet hands while revealing the material's alternating black and yellow layers for enhanced visibility in the water.

A broad based four position pocket clip provides left or right side, tip up or tip down carry, complemented by a generously sized lanyard hole for easy attachment of fobs, lanyards, and safety lines.
