The Neutron 2 from Three Rivers Manufacturing is a compact, high-end EDC folder built for collectors and users who want premium materials in a pocketable size. This configuration pairs a titanium pinstripe 3D lockside with a Star Spangled FatCarbon showside for a distinctive look on each side of the handle.

Blade

The 2.95" drop point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a tumbled finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers excellent edge retention alongside strong corrosion resistance and toughness, making it one of the most well-rounded steels available for everyday carry knives. The drop point shape offers a strong tip and generous belly for controlled, versatile cutting.

Handle

The showside uses FatCarbon, a resin-infused carbon fiber composite that offers a lightweight, rigid handle material with a distinct layered look. The lockside is titanium, machined with a pinstripe 3D pattern for grip and visual texture. Total weight comes in at just 3.15oz, keeping this knife light in the pocket.

Carry

The Neutron 2 uses a frame lock, where a section of the titanium handle itself flexes in behind the blade tang to hold it open. It's a secure, easy one-hand-operable lock common on high-end folders. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
