The Urban XL Recessed is a premium folding knife designed for everyday carry and serious use. Built by Trevor Burger Custom Knives in South Africa, this model combines high-end materials with refined ergonomics for users who demand both performance and aesthetics in their EDC.

Blade

The 3.5" blade uses Elmax steel at 61 HRC. Elmax is an Austrian premium stainless steel known for excellent corrosion resistance, very good edge retention, and good toughness. The stonewash finish adds a rugged look while helping to hide wear. At 0.141" thick, the blade balances strength with controlled weight.

Handle

The handle combines titanium bolsters with black paper micarta scales, accented with additional titanium hardware. The titanium frame lock provides secure blade lockup, while the micarta offers excellent grip and durability. The overall closed length is 4.5" with a total weight of 4.13oz.

Features

This model includes Skiff ceramic bearings for smooth action, a ceramic detent for positive blade engagement, and titanium connector pivots for corrosion resistance. The right-hand-only tip-up pocket clip allows for discreet carry.
