The Vehement Foreman is the flagship of Vehement Knives and the knife that takes everyday carry to a new level. Made in the USA by Matt Martin and crew, it pairs a sleek, hard-working design with the fit and finish Vehement is known for, and it comes in more handle, liner, and blade finish combinations than almost any production fixed blade.
The Foreman runs a 3.187 inch blade on .125 inch stock with a full tang, 7.3 inches overall and about 3.5 ounces. That is enough edge for daily cutting, food prep, and field chores, in a package light and compact enough to carry every day without noticing it. It rides equally well on the belt or in a pack, and it is stout enough to take real work in stride.
Every Foreman blade is CPM-154, a powder stainless with good edge retention, solid corrosion resistance, and easy sharpening. Finishes include satin, black wash, stonewash, and OG tiger stripe. Each finish changes both the look and how the blade wears over years of carry. Our comparison of every major knife steel shows where CPM-154 fits.
Handles come in Black, OD, and Natural Micarta or Black and Orange Frag G-10, paired with black, blue, red, orange, or yellow liners, and some builds add mosaic pins. The mix lets you build a Foreman that looks like no one else's. Our guide to knife handle materials covers how Micarta and G-10 compare.
Each Foreman ships in an ambidextrous leather sheath for comfortable carry on either side, with spare Vehement sheaths available. It is backed by Vehement's unconditional lifetime warranty. It is the same no-questions warranty that covers every Vehement. For a bigger field knife, see the Vehement K2. Foremans sell fast, so don't wait.
