The Lil Sancho is a compact everyday carry pen built for people who want more than just a pen in their pocket. It combines a bolt-action writing mechanism with onboard stainless steel tweezers and a toothpick, making it a practical multi-tool disguised as a simple writing instrument.

Construction

The body is machined from solid brass, a dense metal that develops a natural patina with handling and adds reassuring heft to the pen. The bolt-action mechanism deploys the writing tip with a quarter turn, a mechanical alternative to click or twist pens that rarely fails. This is not an automatic mechanism - deployment is fully manual. The pen is compatible with standard D1 style refills, so replacements are easy to find. A titanium damascus bolt is included for a distinct look on the mechanism itself.

Handle

At 4.1 inches overall and 1.43 ounces, the Lil Sancho is sized to disappear in a pocket while still feeling substantial in hand. The brass construction means the pen will pick up scratches and color changes over time, giving it a worn-in character unique to its owner.

Carry

The slim, compact profile is built for pocket carry alongside keys or a small EDC kit. The included tweezers and toothpick store within the body itself, so there is nothing extra to carry separately - everything travels together in one small metal tube.
