The Lil Sancho is a compact multi-tool pen for everyday carry enthusiasts who want more than just a writing instrument in their pocket. Built by Big Idea Design, it pairs a smooth bolt-action mechanism with onboard stainless steel tweezers and a toothpick, all in a smaller footprint than the original Sancho.

Construction

The body is solid metal with a DLC black titanium finish, a coating that adds scratch resistance and a low-glare, hard-wearing surface. At 4.1 inches long and 1.02oz, it is light enough to clip into a pocket without adding bulk.

Features

Onboard stainless steel tweezers and a toothpick slide out from the barrel for quick use, making this pen useful well beyond writing. It accepts standard D1 style refills, so replacements are easy to find. Each pen ships with a titanium Damascus bolt for a unique pattern on the actuator.

Carry

A bolt-action mechanism deploys the refill with a quarter turn, avoiding the click of a spring-loaded pen. This is not an automatic mechanism - deployment is fully manual. The compact size makes it easy to carry in a pocket, pen slot, or attached to a bag.
