The Lil Sancho is a compact multi-tool pen from Big Idea Design, built for everyday carry users who want more than just a writing instrument in their pocket. It shrinks down the original Sancho collaboration with Knafs into a smaller footprint while keeping the onboard tools that made it useful.

Construction

The body is machined from raw titanium, a lightweight and corrosion-resistant metal that holds up to daily pocket carry without denting or rusting. At 4.1" overall and just 1.02oz, it disappears into a pocket or pen loop. Deployment is handled by a bolt-action mechanism rather than a twist or click, giving it a solid, mechanical feel each time you post the pen. It is not an automatic or spring-loaded mechanism - the bolt action is manually cycled.

Details

Onboard storage holds a set of stainless steel tweezers and a toothpick, turning the pen into a small emergency toolkit. The pen is compatible with standard D1 style refills, so replacements are easy to find. This version ships with a titanium Damascus bolt for a distinct look on the mechanism.

Carry

The solid metal construction and slim profile make it easy to drop into a pocket, bag, or dedicated pen slot. There is no clip on this model, so it carries loose or alongside other EDC gear rather than clipped to a pocket edge.
