Stonewashed Titanium Bolt Action Pen with Stainless Steel Tweezers

The Lil Sancho is a compact, pocket-sized version of Big Idea Design's original Sancho Pen collaboration with Knafs. It keeps the onboard tweezers and toothpick that made the original useful, but shrinks the overall size and swaps to a bolt-action mechanism for quick one-handed deployment.

Construction

The body is solid metal with a stonewashed titanium finish, giving it a matte, low-glare surface that resists fingerprints and wears naturally over time. Overall length is 4.1 inches and it weighs 1.02 ounces, light enough to carry daily without adding bulk to a pocket.

Features

Stainless steel tweezers and a toothpick are built into the pen body, turning it into a small everyday tool rather than just a writing instrument. The pen is compatible with standard D1 style refills, so replacements are easy to find. A titanium damascus bolt is included with the pen.

Carry

The bolt-action mechanism extends and retracts the tip with a simple push, no twisting or clicking required. Its small size makes it easy to drop in a pocket, pen slot, or attach to a keychain for quick access.
