Why Cru-Wear on a Bigger Blade
A longer blade takes bigger loads, and Cru-Wear is built for it. Batoning, hard whittling, and shock work do not faze a properly heat-treated Cru-Wear edge the way they punish softer stainless. It carries some chromium but is not fully rust-proof, so a wipe-down and a thin film of oil after wet use is the cost of admission. In return you get a blade that absorbs hard tasks and still bites at the end of the day.
DLT Exclusive Sheepsfoot Builds
A large share of this lineup is built as a sheepsfoot configuration exclusive to DLT. The straight edge and low, squared tip drive clean push cuts, food prep, and detail work where a rounded belly works against you. Saber grind builds round out the range for heavier field duty.

Handle choices span 3D Micarta in Black, Natural, Green, Camo, and OD Green, along with G-Wood, Carbon Fiber, and microtextured G-10, plus flat G-10 in Tigerstripe, Coyote Brown, Black, and Black & Blue. Finishes run stonewashed, Nimbus, and Black DLC.
