Every knife in this lineup is Made in USA and ground full height flat — a geometry that reduces drag through food and makes edge maintenance straightforward. MagnaCut is the primary steel across the chef and utility knives, chosen for its combination of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness that outperforms most dedicated stainless or tool steel options. The fillet knives run AEB-L, a Swedish stainless well-suited to the flex and fine edge a fillet knife requires. Handle options include 3D microtextured G-10, carbon fiber, and G-Wood across most models.
The lineup covers the core kitchen tasks: the 8" chef for primary prep work, the 6" utility for mid-range cutting and breakdown, paring knives for in-hand detail work, fillet knives for fish and thin proteins, and the G-Cleaver for portioning work.
