The ESEE 4 is the do-all workhorse of the lineup. 4.5-inch drop point blade at 3/16-inch thickness—splits the difference between the ESEE 3's slicing geometry and the ESEE 5's brute strength. At 8 ounces, it's still packable but tough enough for batoning and prying tasks that would roll a thinner edge. Available in 1095 carbon steel with textured powder coat or 440C stainless. Removable handles, rounded pommel with lanyard hole, molded sheath with clip plate. Same unconditional lifetime warranty that follows the knife, not the owner.
