S35VN Linerlock with G-10 Handle

The KNAFS Doodler is a slim EDC folder built for office and everyday carry, with a pen hidden inside the handle and a removable inlay system for easy customization. It splits the difference between the Lander 1 and Lander 2 in size, making it thin enough to slip into a pocket or shirt pocket without printing.

Blade

The 2.85" modified wharncliffe blade is made from S35VN steel with a blackwash finish. S35VN is a premium powder metallurgy steel that balances edge retention, toughness, and ease of sharpening, making it a favorite among EDC knives. The blackwash finish hides scratches and adds a bit of grip texture while softening the blade's visual profile. Deployment is handled by either an inline flipper or a front flipper, with a nail nick available for a quieter, more discreet open.

Handle

The handle uses G-10, a fiberglass laminate prized for being lightweight, durable, and resistant to moisture. A Redstone Richlite inlay sits on black G-10 scales and can be swapped out by removing two screws per side, letting you customize the look without disassembling the whole knife. Total weight comes in at just 2.35oz.

Carry

A linerlock secures the blade open - a thin metal liner inside the handle springs behind the blade's tang to hold it rigid until pushed aside to close. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only. Combined with its thin profile, the Doodler carries flat and low-key in a pocket or bag.
