Blade

The 1.89" Wharncliffe blade uses 14C28N steel with a black PVD finish. 14C28N is a Swedish stainless steel known for excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening, making it ideal for everyday tasks. The Wharncliffe grind provides a straight cutting edge with a curved spine, offering precise control for utility work, box cutting, and detail tasks. The flat grind ensures a thin, keen edge for efficient slicing.

Handle

The handle is made from 6063 aluminum, anodized in OD green. Aluminum is lightweight yet durable, providing a sturdy platform for the blade while keeping the overall weight at just 1.2oz. The anodized finish adds a touch of ruggedness and corrosion resistance.
