MachineWise Mojave
The MachineWise Mojave is a titanium framelock flipper built by a five-person team in Phoenix, Arizona. Every Mojave is CNC machined, serialized, and individually Rockwell tested, and each one ships with a QC card recording the blade's measured hardness and a COA confirming the steel. It is a small-batch American-made folding knife from the same shop behind the full MachineWise lineup, and specific variants do not restock on a set schedule.
S90V Wharncliffe Blade
The Mojave carries a 3.45" Wharncliffe blade in S90V, a high-vanadium powder steel with exceptional edge retention and more wear resistance than the 20CV used on earlier runs. Blade stock is 0.125" with a thin 0.011 to 0.015" grind behind the edge, giving the straight Wharncliffe edge the slicing geometry it needs for everyday cutting. Textured Grade 5 Titanium Framelock Handle
The handle is two Grade 5 titanium slabs with a separate backspacer, which lets MachineWise mill a different texture into each scale. Patterns include Stars, Fine Step, Smooth, Mosaic, and Epicenter, all cut straight into the titanium, as on the Epicenter Mojave and Grenade Mojave. It measures 0.40" at the body and 0.52" at the clip, opens to 8.40" overall, and weighs 3.6 oz, light for a full titanium framelock in this size.
Skiff Ceramic Bearing Flipper Action
The Mojave runs on Skiff ceramic ball bearings, a first for MachineWise when the model launched, chosen to work with the framelock. Lock face geometry went through multiple prototypes and spine whack testing before production. The result is smooth, drop-shut flipper action with solid lockup that holds up under hard use.
Anodized Finishes and Lifetime Warranty
Finishes span anodized solids, multi-step fades like Mosaic Sunset and LV Fade, distressed effects, and colors from Navy and Plum to Blurple. Each numbered knife ships with a T15 driver, a sample of Carbon Honey Thin lubricant, and its QC card, backed by an unconditional lifetime warranty. Want a button lock instead?
