Blade

The 3.25" reverse tanto blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a Copper Rose PVD finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel engineered for high edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and toughness that holds up better than older premium steels under repeated use. The reverse tanto shape offers a reinforced tip for piercing while keeping a smooth, functional edge for everyday cutting.

Handle

The handle is machined aluminum with a Green Tread finish, giving it a lightweight but rigid frame. Aluminum handles resist wear and keep overall weight down, and at 2.99oz the Malibu carries easily without adding bulk to a pocket.

Carry

This knife uses a button lock, a mechanical lock engaged by an internal mechanism that releases instantly when the button is pressed, allowing fast one-hand closing. It is not an automatic knife - the blade must be manually flipped open via the flipper tab. The pocket clip is set for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
