Blade

The 3.5" drop point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a stonewash finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel engineered for excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and toughness that holds up to repeated flipping and everyday use. The drop point shape offers a strong tip and generous belly for controlled, versatile cutting.

Handle

The handle is constructed from purple Nexus textured aluminum. Aluminum handles are lightweight yet rigid, keeping the overall weight down to 4.47oz while maintaining a sturdy feel in hand. The white pearl button and satin hardware add contrast against the textured purple finish.

Carry

The Mordax uses a button lock, which engages the blade open with a spring-loaded mechanism and releases with a simple press of the button - smooth to operate one-handed. A polished deep carry clip is mounted for right-hand, tip-up carry, keeping the knife low in the pocket and easy to draw.
