Blade

The 3.5" spear point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a Black DLC finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel that delivers strong edge retention, excellent corrosion resistance, and good toughness, making it a reliable choice across hard everyday use. The DLC coating adds extra surface hardness and reduces glare while helping resist wear.

Handle

The handle is aluminum with a relic-textured blue finish. Aluminum is lightweight yet rigid, giving the knife a sturdy feel without adding bulk - the whole knife weighs just 3.8oz. The textured surface improves grip in the hand.

Carry

The TR-3 uses a button-actuated thumb stud lock, opened manually with the stud and secured by the button mechanism rather than a traditional liner or frame lock. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
