The Spartan Blades Willow is a compact everyday carry fixed blade designed by co-founder Curtis Iovito and built by Euro Blade Worx in the Czech Republic. It was the first fully European-made collaboration for Spartan Blades. It was conceived as a more refined follow-up to the popular Enyo, made for front pocket or neck carry.
The Willow carries a 2.75 inch spear point on 0.118 inch stock with a 3.35 inch handle, about 6.3 inches overall. The handle is part of the same full tang piece of steel, so the knife stays flat and light enough to ride under a shirt on a neck cord or slip into a front pocket. The spear point keeps the tip centered and strong for detail cuts.
The Willow runs Böhler Elmax hardened to 60 HRC. Elmax is a European powder stainless with high wear resistance, good toughness for its carbide content, and strong corrosion resistance, which matters on a knife carried close to the body. Choose black PVD or stonewashed, and see our knife steel guide for how Elmax compares.
Both builds ship in a black Kydex sheath with positive snap retention and a belt clip. Run it on a neck cord, clip it to a belt, or drop it in a front pocket. With a blade this short and a profile this thin, the Willow is an easy fixed blade to carry every day.
The US-made Enyo is the Willow's thicker cousin, a 2.6875 inch skeletonized drop point on 3/16 inch MagnaCut or S45VN. The Willow is thinner and finer, a slicer more than a pry. Its Czech-built sibling, Bill Harsey's Linden, steps up to a 4.75 inch Elmax field knife. For another slim carry option with handle scales, see the Phrike.
