MagnaCut Fixed Blade with Micarta Handles

The 7Forge Hawkeye is a compact EDC fixed blade built for everyday carry tasks like opening mail, breaking down boxes, and general utility cutting. Its lightweight profile makes it easy to carry all day without added bulk.

Blade

The 3.25" trailing point blade is made from MagnaCut steel at 0.125" thick. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and good toughness, making it a favorite among custom makers for everyday use knives. The trailing point profile adds belly toward the tip, which is useful for slicing tasks.

Handle

The handle uses blue denim Micarta with yellow liners and brass pins. Micarta is made from layers of linen or canvas fabric bonded with resin, giving it a durable, grippy surface that holds up well over time. At 3.75oz, the knife carries light in the hand or on a belt.

Carry

The Hawkeye ships with a leather sheath for belt carry. As a fixed blade, there is no lock mechanism to engage - the full tang construction provides a solid, one-piece connection between blade and handle. The sheath holds the knife securely in place for quick access.
