The 3.25" trailing point blade is made from MagnaCut steel at 0.125" thick. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and good toughness, making it a favorite among makers for hard-use and everyday knives alike. The trailing point profile keeps the tip elevated above the spine, giving extra belly for slicing tasks.

Handle

The handle uses green canvas Micarta with red liners and brass pins. Micarta is a composite made from linen or canvas fabric layered with resin, prized for its durability, grip, and warm feel in hand. At 3.75oz, the Hawkeye carries light and comfortable for all-day use.

Carry
