Blade

The 3.25" trailing point blade is made from MagnaCut at 0.125" thick. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers excellent edge retention alongside strong corrosion resistance and toughness, making it a low-maintenance choice for daily use. The trailing point profile keeps the tip elevated above the spine, giving extra belly for slicing tasks.

Handle

The handle uses orange linen Micarta with black liners and pins. Micarta is made from layers of linen fabric saturated with resin under pressure, resulting in a durable, grippy material that develops character with use. At 3.75oz total weight, the Hawkeye stays light and easy to carry all day.

Carry

The Hawkeye ships with a leather sheath for belt carry. As a fixed blade there is no lock to operate - the tang runs the full length of the handle for a solid, one-piece build, and the sheath keeps the blade secured and protected during transport.
