The 7Forge Hawkeye Hunter is a purpose-built hunting and outdoor knife, exclusive to DLT Trading. Its trailing point blade and compact profile make it well suited for field dressing game or general bushcraft tasks where precision matters as much as durability.

Blade

The 4" trailing point blade is ground from MagnaCut steel at 0.156" thick. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that balances high edge retention with strong corrosion resistance and toughness, making it a favorite among hunters who need a blade that holds an edge through skinning and butchering without rusting in wet conditions. The trailing point shape sweeps upward at the tip, giving extra belly for skinning and slicing cuts.

Handle

The handle is built with Micarta scales, a resin-impregnated canvas material valued for its durability and secure grip even when wet or bloody. Natural canvas liners and brass pins run through the construction, adding a visible layer of detail between the scales and tang. At just over 6oz, the knife stays light and easy to handle during extended field use.

Carry

The Hawkeye Hunter ships with a leather sheath, offering a traditional belt-carry option that protects the edge and complements the knife's fit and finish.
