The 7Forge Hawkeye Hunter is an exclusive fixed blade built for hunters and outdoorsmen who want premium steel in a purpose-built skinning and field dressing knife. Its trailing point profile and compact size make it equally suited to game processing or general outdoor use.

Blade

The 4" trailing point blade is ground from MagnaCut steel at 0.156" thick. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and enough toughness to hold up to field use without chipping. The upswept trailing point adds extra belly, giving you more cutting surface for skinning and caping tasks.

Handle

The handle is finished in green canvas Micarta, a material made by compressing layers of linen or canvas cloth with resin under heat and pressure. It is durable, grips well when wet, and develops a smooth patina with use. Red liners and brass pins add contrast and secure the handle to the tang. At 6.07oz, the knife carries light for its size.

Carry

This fixed blade ships with a leather sheath for belt carry. As a fixed blade, there is no lock or folding mechanism - the tang runs through the handle for a solid, one-piece construction. The leather sheath protects the edge and allows quick on and off access in the field.
