Blade

The 4" trailing point blade is made from MagnaCut steel at 0.156" thick. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and toughness that holds up well to the demands of field dressing and skinning game. The trailing point profile curves upward toward the tip, giving the blade extra belly for skinning and fine control for detail work.

Handle

The handle is natural canvas Micarta, a composite made from layers of linen canvas fabric bonded together with resin under pressure. It is prized for its durability, secure grip even when wet, and the way it develops a unique patina with use. Tiffany blue liners and pins add a distinctive accent between the handle scales. At 6.07oz, the knife feels balanced and substantial in hand without being heavy.

Carry

This fixed blade ships with a leather sheath designed for secure belt carry in the field. As a fixed blade, there is no lock mechanism to worry about - the knife is ready to draw and use as soon as it clears the sheath, with the leather providing solid retention and protection for the edge.
