The Hawkeye Hunter is an exclusive collaboration from 7Forge Knives, built as a dedicated hunting and field dressing knife for hunters who want premium steel and materials in a purpose-built package.

Blade

The 4" trailing point blade is made from MagnaCut, a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers outstanding edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness in one package. The trailing point profile sweeps upward at the tip, giving extra belly for skinning and caping work where control matters. Blade stock runs 0.156" thick, balancing strength with a manageable weight.

Handle

The handle is built from Micarta, a composite made by compressing linen or canvas fabric with resin under heat and pressure. It is tough, stable in wet conditions, and develops a comfortable texture with use. Total weight comes in at 6.07oz, keeping the knife light enough for a full day in the field.

Carry

A leather sheath is included for belt carry, protecting the edge and offering quick access when field dressing game. As a fixed blade, there is no lock mechanism - the tang runs solid through the handle for maximum strength.
