You will find a range of proven steels across the lineup, from A2, D2, and O1 tool steels to stainless AEB-L and CPM-3V powdered steel, paired with grinds such as convex, flat, and scandi so there is a blade suited to the way you work. A2 remains a favorite for its balance of edge retention, toughness, and easy upkeep, while the stainless and powdered options give you more corrosion resistance when you want it.
