Medford Knife & Tool builds overbuilt folders and fixed blades in Phoenix, Arizona, where former Marine rifleman Greg Medford opened the shop in 2010. Every knife is designed, machined, ground, heat treated, and finished in house, with thick stock, oversized titanium frames, and heavy hardware. Medford Titanium Frame Lock Folders
The Praetorian is the flagship, offered as the Praetorian T, Micro Praetorian T, Slim, Swift FL, Scout M/P, and G/T. MagnaCut leads the Infraction, Marauder, and TFF-1 Fat Daddy, while the 187 DPT runs S90V and the Primus runs 3V. The Antik, Proxima, T-Bone, and titanium and aluminum M-48 round out the frame locks, most with sculpted, flamed, or anodized titanium.
Medford Button Locks, Slip Joints, and OTF Knives
The Smooth Criminal and Nosferatu are titanium button locks, and the Gentleman Jack is a titanium slip joint in S45VN. The Merc-1 is Medford's aluminum framed OTF knife, and the Viceroy is a latchless titanium balisong dagger. Medford's 1881 Knifeworks line adds G-10 lockbacks like the Bourbon in S45VN.

Most Medford fixed blades pair G-10 handles with Kydex sheaths. CPM 3V drives the AIO-2, FUK, Luke Airman, Romulus, The San, Bonfire, and Jungle Fighter. The Micro Tanto, Mizuchi, UDT-1, and The Deep run 20CV, the Emperor runs S35VN, and the STA Sniper runs Vulcan D2.
